基于APF的静止无功发生器应用研究

Application of Static Var Generator Based on APF

摘要: 针对目前井下电网中功率因数偏低、线路运行电流高、无功损耗大以及谐波污染等问题,设计出一种基于有源电力滤波器(APF)的静止无功发生器,采用APF不仅可以降低自身产生的谐波含量,而且还能够对负载的谐波和无功进行补偿,采用三电平技术和多重化技术,实现了有源滤波的功能。该装置在山东能源新矿集团翟镇煤矿井下掘进面和采区面的测试结果表明,其动态响应时间优于5ms,柔性启动技术保证了电网无冲击,模块化小型化设计易于安装,并可多台并列直挂电网运行,推广性较强。

Abstract: In view of the current problems in coal mine power network, such as low power factor, the line of high running current, reactive power loss and harmonic pollution and so on, this paper designs a kind of static var generator based on APF. The device adopts three level technologies and multiple technologies. It can achieve the function of active power filter. The device has been tested in the heading face and the mining area surface of Xin Mining Group of Shandong power. The test results show that the dynamic response time is better than that of 5ms. Its soft start technology ensures the power system without impact starting. Its modular and miniaturization design is easy to install and it can function by multiple parallel straight hanging grid.
